About Me

Hi !! I'm so happy you're here!

My name is Aly Bybee and I hope we are able to get to know each other!

The purpose of this page is to create, educate, and inspire others to find the joy and learn from the moments of every day life!  I have dreamed for years of creating a space like this, and I'm so excited to bring you along.  I have many dreams for this page, so please stay tuned for continuous updates!

Here's a little bit about me!

• I am married to my high school best friend, my two sisters/best friends keep me sane, and my parents have been my biggest inspiration!  
• I have a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis in Computer Engineering from the University of Mississippi (aka Ole Miss).  I love all things science and STEM related!
• I was a D1 Ole Miss Cheerleader during my freshman and sophomore years in college after having never cheered in high school (this is proof that you can seriously do anything you set your mind to)!
• I am an animal lover through and through with goals of one day having my own farm of rescued animals!
• I am a true supporter of all "under dogs" as I wasn't the smartest kid in any room - but I'm a testament to working hard and genuinely/whole-heartedly chasing your dreams!
• I have an insane amount of energy from the moment I wake up.  I genuinely get SO EXCITED over the smallest things. 

I love to share my engineering knowledge with others while making it easy to comprehend (without all the big words that make stuff sound harder than they really are)!!  While I love new tech gadgets, I respect their capabilities and (some would say) I am overly cautious of the affects they have on us long term.  However, I think it's so important to be educated on the impacts of technology rather than be intimidated/naive of them!

Being a female Electrical Engineer is NOT very common, and I often have found myself testing the limits - especially when I'm in a room where I am very different from most around me.  I'm here to tell you to EMBRACE YOUR DIFFERENCES (as cheesy as that sounds), they are what truly set you apart!

I'm all about beating the odds and proving that a strong mentality, consistency, and belief in yourself is the key to seriously making your dreams come true.

If you don't get anything else from my page, I hope you get that it's important to love others without hesitation.  Everyone is just learning as they go through this thing we call life!
